- 1 / 5By Jim HillNeed a suntan without going to the beach. Try the newly intensely-lighted Randall's Flagship Westbank Market. Apparently, someone at Safeway corporate (Randall's parent company) made a decision to take out all the comfortable upscale downlighting and replaced it with outrageously-bright generic fluorescent lighting throughout the store. It destroyed the enjoyable upscale shopping experience. Makes it feel like Wal-Mart. I'll no longer be shopping at this store. The "Randall's Flagship" just sunk for me.December 27, 2016
